The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a Content Strategist to play a pivotal role in developing and executing TimelyCareโs content roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission to support student wellness. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, this role will craft a unified content approach that engages students, educators, and partners, delivering value through storytelling, thought leadership, and strategic messaging.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a comprehensive content strategy across platforms (web, social, email, blog, video, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign goals and user needs.
- Contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideation from concept to execution.
- Conduct content audits and identify gaps, opportunities, and insights for optimization.
- Develop editorial calendars and oversee content production workflows.
- Leverage SEO best practices to increase discoverability and relevance.
- Measure and report on content performance, iterating based on engagement and impact.
- Write and/or outsource high-impact marketing content across formats: web, email, social media, video, print, and campaigns.
- Ensure all copy maintains consistency, clarity, and compliance with brand standards.
- Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, campaign development or content marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that reflects strategic thinking.
- Experience managing multi-channel content campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Understanding of healthcare, wellness, or higher education audiences is a plus.

The salary range for this opportunity is $90,000 โ $95,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
