Marketing & Content Strategist (20 hours per week, Remote)

I run a well-established interior design and renovation brand with:
- Strong Instagram presence
- Solid organic website traffic
- Successful digital products
- A new course in development — and big growth goals
I’m looking for someone who can step in and help drive revenue through content, smart marketing, and better product visibility.
What They’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing existing offers, emails, and website pages to boost conversions
- Writing and repurposing content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube
- Setting up and managing affiliate income streams (Amazon + select brand links)
- Helping refine and position a new flagship course for launch
- Advising on content, funnels, and brand partnerships that make sense
- Making fast, strategic decisions that add value and grow the business

- You know how to write with clarity, drive action, and move people from interest to purchase
- You’re self-motivated, organised, and love making things better
- You’ve worked with digital products, creators, educators or ecommerce brands
- You’re confident across content (short-form, long-form), email marketing, and growth strategy
- You take initiative and don’t need micromanaging — you make things happen
About Me:
I’m an interior designer, educator, and content creator with a results-driven renovation brand. My work helps renovators and designers plan better homes with less waste, better function, and higher value. I’m focused on smart design, timeless choices, and strong outcomes — and I want my business to reflect that too.
Logistics:
Remote, part-time (starting 2–3 days/week with potential to grow)
Flexible hours, outcome-focused — I care more about results than time at a desk
Ideally based in Australia or a time zone that overlaps
Proven experience driving revenue in a content-driven or product-based online business
Experience with digital products, courses, or affiliate programs
Strong writing and communication skills — you can write a funnel, caption, and blog in my tone
Knowledge of basic UX and CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
Experience with email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong understanding of Instagram, SEO content, and/or YouTube repurposing
You’ve worked with (or understand) the lifestyle, design, or interiors space
Work remotely for an exciting company in Australia
