What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of our client and vendor contract lifecycle, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) and related procurement processes. You will lead the drafting, negotiation, execution and management of our commercial agreements, ensuring they align with legal requirements, organisational policies and evolving business needs.

This role is critical in ensuring contracts are structured clearly, negotiated efficiently and executed in alignment with our risk and compliance frameworks and is ideal for someone who combines legal fluency with operational rigour.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in a commercial contract management, legal operations, or contracts advisory role (preferably in tech, digital, or consultancy environments).

- Proven ability to manage and negotiate high-volume, multi-jurisdictional agreements in a tech, consultancy, or agency environment.

- Sound understanding of legal and commercial risk, particularly within services-based agreements.

- Strong drafting skills and the ability to simplify complex legal terms into actionable commercial language.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with confidence working across Operations, Sales, Delivery and Finance functions.

- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Proficiency in contract lifecycle tools (e.g. PandaDocs, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, or equivalent), as well as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and collaboration platforms like Confluence or similar.

- Experience working with international clients and procurement teams and vendor onboarding processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field (JD or legal training is a plus)

- Contract management certification (e.g. CCCM, CPCM, or equivalent)

- Experience working in global or regulated environments (e.g. education, financial services, public sector)

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for MSAs, SOWs, LOIs, DPAs and related documentation.

- Partner with internal stakeholders across Delivery, Operations, Sales and Finance to ensure contractual alignment with strategic, commercial and compliance requirements.

- Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with clients and vendors, balancing legal risk with business opportunity.

- Serve as the primary liaison with client procurement teams, managing redlines, legal escalations and compliance queries.

- Draft, review, and revise commercial and operational contract language to meet company standards and client expectations.

- Develop and improve internal templates, playbooks and processes to streamline contract creation and review.

- Support contract data management, tracking obligations, renewals and compliance requirements across global jurisdictions.

- Ensure accurate and timely execution, storage, and reporting of contracts and amendments using contract management tools.

- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal terms, workflows, and contract interpretation.

If you’re ready to launch your career to new heights at a company fueled by passion and innovation, we want to hear from you!
