About Nuvalent, Inc.
We were founded in 2017 and operate in biotechnology research. We create precisely targeted therapies for cancer patients. We use our expertise in chemistry and structure-based drug discovery to develop innovative small molecules. Our therapies aim to improve existing treatments for known kinase targets, tackling drug resistance, minimizing side effects, and promoting longer-lasting responses. We have a pipeline that includes lead programs for ROS1-positive and ALK-positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), as well as several discovery-stage research programs. Our clinical trial candidates include: Zidesamtinib (NVL-520) for advanced ROS1-positive NSCLC and other solid tumors (Phase 1⁄2); Neladalkib (NVL-655) for advanced ALK-positive NSCLC and other solid tumors (Phase 1⁄2), and for TKI-naïve ALK-positive NSCLC (Phase 3); NVL-330 for advanced HER2-altered NSCLC (Phase 1).
