The collective efforts of our designers, engineers, and story tellers have become emblematic for quality design and care for craft in the industry. We’re looking for a Creative Lead to steer the visual direction and oversee all branding initiatives at Linear. They must be innovative, dedicated to craft and quality, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
This role is an integral part of our internal creative agency: the Magic Team.
Requirements
Proven ability to lead creative initiatives from ideation to implementation with limited resources
Substantial experience in web design experience with excellent visual, UI, motion, and interactive design skills
Ability to think creatively about Linear’s web and brand presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll do
Communicate Linear’s story—what we’re building and why it matters
Partner with leadership and GTM stakeholders on marketing and branding campaigns
Champion for the highest bar on quality design across branding initiatives
Direct the team’s creative output across various channels
