We founded Deputy in 2008 to offer an all-in-one workforce management solution for employee scheduling, timesheets, tasking, and communication. Our platform provides easy-to-use software for employee scheduling, HR, AI labor forecasting, and time clocks, acting as a complete platform for hourly work. We help businesses manage hourly teams, streamline payroll, and ensure compliance. Our features include HR software, intelligent scheduling (rostering), AI forecasting, compliance tools, internal communication, analytics, and timesheets.

Our platform also supports hiring, document management, mobile training, PTO and time off requests, interviewing, and demand forecasting. We have rostered over 500 million shifts across more than 320,000 workplaces in over 100 countries and 245 different industries. We offer solutions tailored for single-location, multi-location, franchise, and enterprise businesses.

We are a remote-first workforce management company with 201-500 employees distributed globally. We maintain offices in Sydney (our HQ), San Francisco (our US growth hub), and London, and also have team members in remote locations across the US and Australia.
