We are looking for a Customer Care Apprentice to join our team, performing a support role in customer service operations. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to assist with the daily tasks that contribute to the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from Porto Alegre – RS. The role is mostly remote, with 4 days per week of theoretical classes done from home (home office), and 1 day per week of practical classes held at CIEE’s office in Porto Alegre.
Indispensable Requirements
- Be between 18 and 24 years old, according to the Apprenticeship Law;
- Availability to comply with the agreed learning schedule;
- Good communication, proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Reside in Porto Alegre – RS;
- Easy access to Porto Alegre’s Historic Center, as CIEE is located at Rua Coronel Vicente, nº 183.
Nice-to-have:
- Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish;
- Any previous experience related to customer service—whether in academic projects, volunteer work, student organizations, junior enterprises, or formal jobs;
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or collaborative tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, etc.).
Gross Salary: R$ 894.52 (after INSS and transportation deductions, approximate net salary is R$ 773.00)
- Home Office Assistance: R$ 2,000.00 paid once in the first month to purchase necessary home office items such as keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc. Axur will provide the laptop, which must be returned if employment ends;
- Meal Allowance: R$ 594.00 monthly;

- Transportation Allowance: Available as needed, loaded on the TRI card for commuting between home and CIEE;
