Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring satisfaction, reverting back in an end-to-end bug process
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for product and service improvements
- Support founders in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct customer training sessions to help users maximize the value and effectiveness of our products
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress
- Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support
