Job Description

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems. The incumbent will create algorithms and conduct statistical analysis to strive for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals
Qualifications
Requirements
General experience: 4-8 years of experience
- Expertise to write complex SQL queries
- Extensive hands-on experience with any ETL tool (Talend/Informatica/Datastage)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing data ingestion, data processing, and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, SQL, and data warehouse solutions
- Ability to analyze and organize raw data
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Evaluate business needs and objectives & conduct complex data analysis
- Preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Combine raw information from different sources
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Proficiency in English language
Nice to Have
- Talend ETL
- Experience with Python

Contract details:
- Contract Type: Payroll / Planilla Mexicana
- Location: 100% Remote from México
- Contract Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
- Schedule and Time Zone: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). Mexico Time
- Work equipment/hardware: A laptop will be provided to the contractor
- NDA: You’ll need to sign a specific NDA, separate from the main contract.
