Must-have Skills
Expertise in Databricks, with a focus on data engineering and advanced analytics use cases.
Proven experience with Spark Structured Streaming and building real-time data streaming pipelines at scale.
Strong Python programming skills, especially for data processing and automation.
Advanced SQL skills, including performance optimization and data modeling.
Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Solid understanding of AWS services, particularly those relevant to data engineering (e.g., S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Redshift).
Strong grasp of data architecture principles, including data warehousing, lakehouse patterns, and data governance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring team members and/or leading small to mid-size engineering teams
