Must have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficient with tools like Apache Spark, Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, version control, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Skills
- Experience with real-time data processing and messaging systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with data orchestration and workflow management tools.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data mesh or data fabric.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record in implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring solutions.
