The job is for a DeFi Marketing Lead at the Arbitrum Foundation marketing team. The role involves driving growth strategies for DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leading growth campaigns, understanding partners' needs, working with various teams, maintaining open communication with external stakeholders, and creating best practices for growth.

Requirements

  • DeFi and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred
  • 5+ years in growth and account management, in relation to Web2 and Web3 related growth experiences
  • In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem
  • Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey
  • Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners
  • Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance
  • Be able to work across time zones with global partners
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum
  • Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns
  • Understand partners' needs and craft solutions
  • Work closely with community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns
  • Work with Offchain Lab to inform the product roadmap
  • Maintain open communication with external stakeholders
