Requirements

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum-based solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers
  • Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant developer community around Arbitrum
  • Organize meetups, webinars, workshops, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and resources to help developers integrate with Arbitrum seamlessly
  • Deliver educational content through various channels
  • Gather feedback from developers and relay it to our product and engineering teams
  • Advocate for developers' needs and priorities within the organization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align developer outreach with our strategic goals
  • Track and analyze developer engagement metrics to measure the impact of developer relations efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with open-source software development practices is a plus
