Summary
The job is for a DevOps Architect with at least 4-5 years' experience working with AWS. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure automation platforms like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Shell Scripting, and Git. Experience with docker containers, Kubernetes, and one or more high-level programming languages is required. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts, traditional networks, firewalls, and load balancers. Good communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4-5 years’ experience working with AWS – knowledge of cloud formation templating, cloud watch, EC2, S3, VPC
Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure automation platforms (i.e. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins etc.) required
- Expert knowledge of Shell Scripting and Git
- Experience working with docker containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with one or more high level programming languages (Python, Node, Go, Java)
- In-depth knowledge of server operating systems required (Linux, Ubuntu, Windows 10, Windows server)
- Strong understanding and application of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts
- Strong knowledge of traditional network, firewalls and load balancers
