The Role
We are seeking a Digital Ingestion Associate, contractor, to help bring a growing number of superb curricula to K–12 schools across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow Product Team documentation and onboarding protocols to correctly edit and evaluate digital assessments into Open Up Resources partners platforms for Math and ELA content.
- Evaluate the transformation of items from print to digital format and provide feedback to ingestion partners.
- Ensure content meets best practices for accessibility.
- Apply updates or corrections to existing content as needed and approved.
- Maintain documentation systems to coordinate remote teams.
- Review ingested content for accuracy.
- Execute on a quality assurance process to ensure that the content has been correctly ingested and is functioning as intended.
- Meet and communicate virtually with your project lead on a regular basis to ensure you’re meeting project milestones and timelines.
- Identify issues with content ingestion and/or timelines before they become a problem.
Job Qualifications
- Background in educational technology preferred
- Demonstrated high-level of fluency and understanding in digital publishing platforms (Wordpress, Google Classroom, or other platforms that utilize a rich text editor)
- Minimum of 2years experience with content or learning management systems
- Must be comfortable with and knowledgeable of Math and English Language Arts content
- Strong attention to detail
- Precise and effective communications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a virtual environment
- Ability to foster a positive remote team environment
