We were founded in 1995 by engineers and managers from telecommunications and information technology companies. Our core business is providing information and communication technology (ICT) services, including planning, engineering, and implementation; project and program management; systems integration; operations and maintenance; and training. We work with inside and outside plant; feeder, access, and inter-office networks; switching, transmission, multiplexing, and data communications equipment; network management, operations support, and asset management systems; information assurance; web enabling; and applications software.

We offer turnkey solutions for ICT Systems Integration, Force Protection and Perimeter Security, Counter IED Systems, and Cyber Security. We provide lifecycle Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), Engineering and Installation (E&I), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and Force Protection Technologies. We use these services in Health Information Technology (HIT), Cyber Security and Information Assurance, Perimeter Security, and Telecommunications Infrastructure.

We serve clients like defense agencies, government bodies, commercial enterprises, the US Department of Defense (DoD), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and US Federal Civilian organizations across four continents. Our headquarters are in Reston, Virginia, USA, with a remote office in Mechelen, Belgium. We are certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20001-1:2011, and ISO 27001:2013. Our staff are also certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v4). We work across industries such as Civilian Governmental, Defense, Banking, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Communication Services Providers. We operate as a DCAA Compliant Small Business.

We employ between 51 and 200 individuals. Our management team includes members who previously worked at large-scale systems integration companies, equipment, telecommunications, and research and development entities such as Northrop Grumman, Lucent, Sprint, AT&T, and Bell Labs. We pride ourselves on our trained, certified, cleared, responsive, and experienced IT support staff. Our organizational infrastructure supports functions like human resources, recruiting, contract management, finance and accounting, project control, and security.
