Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team in customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll lead and support various marketing efforts—from content creation and lead generation to campaign execution and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement
Develop and manage demand generation campaigns targeted at specific regions (US, Europe, LATAM)
Help manage paid media and SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword analysis and ad optimization
Content & Communication
Write and design marketing content including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies
Assist in website content development and updates (WordPress proficiency required)
Create social media content calendars and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing ROI
Support & Collaboration
- Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and basic SEO tools
Experience managing social media for business (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe suite, or similar)
Ability to work remotely and overlap 3-4 hours/day with US Pacific time zone
