We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Senior Architect to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will oversee all aspects of architectural site operations, ensuring that designs are implemented to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise architectural site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and construction methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and resolve any onsite design-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and modifications during construction phases.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism on site, promoting AtkinsRealis’ values and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience (10 -15 years) in architectural site operations, preferably in Buildings and Tower projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of local building regulations and codes in Dubai and the UAE.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
