Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Digital Marketing Specialist who is entrepreneurial, committed, and driven to build the TeamAI brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, and a passion for driving traffic and acquiring new customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow alongside our innovative company.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that leverage AI-powered analytics.
Execute SEO strategies tailored to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Design and execute viral marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Utilize AI technologies to transform traditional marketing approaches, including chatbot development and machine learning applications.
Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to drive online reach.
Create compelling content and copy for various channels, including email marketing and social media.
Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable growth.
Conduct keyword research and technical audits to identify areas for improvement in organic traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence and drive lead generation.
Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and digital marketing to ensure innovative strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualities:
Extremely passionate about AI (lives, breathes, and sleeps all things AI).
Proven self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Expertise in SEO and viral marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of the AI industry and its influence on digital marketing.
Experience with UI-CRO techniques.
Comfortable with AI-assisted content generation and implementation.
Skills Desired:
Proficiency in copywriting, email marketing, and generative AI implementation.
Experience with marketing AI solutions (predictive analytics, computer vision, etc.).
Knowledge of SaaS and B2B business growth strategies.
Ability to design custom campaigns that increase engagement and expand online reach.
Strong strategic thinking and online marketing planning skills.
Familiarity with digital consultation, SEO tools, and visibility enhancement techniques.
Experience in corporate outreach and content analysis.
Strong on 2-3 core skillsets: PPC, CRO, Landing Pages, Analytics, Paid Social, SEO, SEO Content Marketing.
Strong attention to detail, growth/testing mindset.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Web page building skills (using AI tools).

Asia (Philippines / Indonesia)
This position requires overlapping hours from 3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight PH time, Monday - Friday.
Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc)
This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.

North America & South America
This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
