They are looking to expand their digital marketing efforts and are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in SEO, paid ads, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google and Meta Ads, SEO techniques, and experience working with marketing automation tools. You will be responsible for optimizing and driving marketing campaigns while collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to execute strategies. If you have experience in graphic design and a passion for digital marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Strategy:
Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Utilize tools like Search Atlas (preferred) to analyze SEO performance and optimize content.
Support marketing efforts with ad copy creation and content strategy.
Paid Advertising Management:
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor performance, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
Leverage Zoho CRM for marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and customer segmentation.
Create and optimize email campaigns, triggers, and automation workflows.
Maintain and update customer data to ensure proper targeting and personalization in campaigns.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work with external agencies and partners to execute marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across digital channels.
Use analytics tools to track KPIs, provide insights, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Design Support (Bonus):
Assist with creating marketing visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or other graphic design platforms.
Support with designing marketing materials such as ads and social media content.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Experience in using Zoho CRM and its marketing automation tools is a plus.
Skills:
Strong SEO knowledge and experience with optimization strategies.
Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Proficient in marketing copywriting with an understanding of how to write engaging ad copy.
Design Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and Figma.
Ability to create visually appealing content to complement marketing campaigns.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal teams.

Demonstrating strong creative input in campaign assets and marketing materials.
