What You’ll Do:

The Director of Central Finance will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This executive will be responsible for orchestrating strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as interacting with buy/sell side analysts and business enablement. Director of Central Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the company’s financial position.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
  • Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing transparent and timely financial information.
  • Business Enablement: Ensure tools and systems are in place to support the above activities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $225,000-$275,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
