The Transformational Opportunity
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Supply Chain to lead our evolution from manual processes to sophisticated technological solutions. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll:
- Pioneer Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of NetSuite and advanced inventory systems to revolutionize our operations
- Bridge Brand-Franchisee Alignment: Create supply chain solutions that drive success for both our corporate brand and 200+ franchise partners
- Optimize Medical Supply Chain: Develop specialized strategies for managing medical supplies, equipment, and wellness products across our network
- Revolutionize Retail/POS Operations: Design inventory management systems that enhance customer experience while maximizing efficiency
- Deliver Measurable Business Impact: Drive significant cost savings and operational improvements that directly affect our bottom line

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement an end-to-end medical supply chain strategy aligned with our ambitious growth trajectory
- Lead the selection, deployment, and optimization of NetSuite to transform supply chain operations from manual to technological
- Develop specialized frameworks for medical supply procurement, compliance, and inventory management
- Create scalable retail/POS inventory solutions that balance product availability with efficient capital utilization
- Build a preferred vendor program that ensures quality, reliability, and value for franchisees
- Establish data-driven KPIs and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights
- Foster strategic partnerships between the brand and franchisees to ensure alignment and collaborative success
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory management

10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with specific expertise in medical supply chain operations
Demonstrated success implementing technological solutions (particularly NetSuite) to transform manual processes
Proven experience in retail/POS inventory optimization and management
Track record navigating franchise relationships and balancing brand standards with franchisee needs
Evidence of delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP) preferred
