ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our growing Value Added Services that supports our Core Payments Business. This role will own and expand a suite of services for Merchants that include Consumer Insights, and KYC & Identity Verification, which are foundational to delivering secure, seamless, and trusted customer experiences.This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of data, trust, and user experience for Merchants and their Consumers. You’ll define the vision for how we leverage payment data to drive identity assurance, enable seamless onboarding, and surface consumer insights that empower internal teams and external customers. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and external partners to ensure our products are scalable, secure, and insight-driven.Your work will play a critical role in ensuring our platform is trusted, intelligent, and personalized — delivering value to our users and customers at every interaction. You will also collaborate closely with external partners and customers to understand evolving needs and ensure our products remain innovative, scalable, and compliant.This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, technical depth, customer empathy, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Value Added Services portfolio, including Consumer Insights, and KYC & Identity Verification.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers, setting a clear vision and guiding execution.
- Architect every aspect of our online onboarding experience - including UX flows, KYB/KYC processes, AML screening and monitoring, vendor integrations, and commercialization of our Value Added Services to complement our payment solutions.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing) and external vendors to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable and seamless onboarding experience and adhere to regulatory requirements (incl. robust due diligence and KYC/KYB processes).
- Ensure that the products are compliant with global/local regulatory requirements and embody strong data governance and privacy principles.
- Develop and track product KPIs to measure success and identify areas of opportunity or optimization.
- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into compelling product experiences and high-impact feature development.
- Responsible for the overall full SDLC (software development lifecycle) process for the Value Added Services, including ideation, compliance, support readiness, measurement analytics and customer feedback, etc and partner with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure success.
- Communicate roadmap updates, experiment results, and new insights to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
- Work closely with Engineering Leaders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products for our customers.
WHO YOU ARE
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling products, particularly in areas like identity verification, customer insights, behavioral analytics, or onboarding experiences.
- Deep familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer data, identity, and payments.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with how data pipelines, models, and APIs integrate into product workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly articulate vision, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams.
- Experience working with or delivering products to enterprise and platform customers (B2B and/or B2C contexts).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) a plus.
$210,000 - $240,000 a year

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
