Summary
Join a global technology and services leader as a part-time (20 hours per week) customer support representative. This fully remote role involves clarifying customer requirements, managing incoming video-calls, maintaining records of customer interactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. Native or near-native Dutch speakers with fluency in English, clear communication skills, tech savviness, enthusiasm, patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
- Management of incoming video-calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ask probing questions to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubleshooting steps needed
