ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an International Technology Services Provider, with focus at offering digital transformation ticketing services in the airline industry, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their IT Operations Team.
📌 Location: Greece
📍 Working Model: Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit)

What you will be doing:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of the IT Operations Team, collaborating with skilled professionals like SysAdmins, Network Engineers, DBAs, SREs, Cloud & Security Engineers, all working together to build and operate a robust Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the latest DevOps practices and cloud-native tools to design, deliver, and support key infrastructure for enterprise-level solutions. You’ll play a crucial part in optimizing operations, automating processes, and ensuring high performance and reliability in cloud environments.
More specifically you will:
Identify, analyze, and optimize cloud operations processes in collaboration with the Network, Cloud Engineers, Database, and Developer teams
Design, document, develop, test, and deploy automation tools using Git, Python, Kubernetes in the cloud
Design, document, build and operate CI/CD procedures into cloud environments using Azure DevOps
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve any issues in CI/CD procedures
Measure, optimize, and tune of system performance and ensure that systems will run reliably and stable
Work closely with Infrastructure and/or Solutions Architect, Product Owners in order to implement, create and deploy solutions in the cloud
Monitor and Support customer cloud environment ensuring that the infrastructure is available, operating and SLAs are fulfilled
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve any issues in cloud environments by examining configuration, checking logs, etc.
Implement Security Requirements enforced from PCI-DSS Certification and/or SOC2
Manage complex projects from inception to completion
Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation in support of production issues or SLAs
A BSc/MSc degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in an information technology field or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience
3+ years of experience as a hands-on DevOps Engineer
2+ years of working experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, or AWS)
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Familiar with observability tools like ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, or Kibana
Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or similar
Solid background in Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) and Windows Server admin and troubleshooting
Exposure to security standards and practices in cloud environments
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
