About the Role
KITSCH is currently looking for a motivated and talented Shopify E-Commerce Manager to enhance and manage the daily operations of our Shopify Store. You’ll be responsible for optimizing site performance and user experience through UX/UI improvements and refined navigation, overseeing product setup, inventory, content updates, and ensuring consistent product syncing across all Sales Channels.
What will be your responsibilities?
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the online shopping experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Product Management: Manage product setup, descriptions, pricing, and imagery for accuracy and consistency. This includes maintaining inventory levels and updating stock availability across all channels, and syncing products to marketplaces (Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, TikTok).
- Site Optimization: Continuously audit and optimize the site’s UX/UI for improved customer experience and conversions. Monitor site performance and recommend enhancements for speed and usability, while also organizing and refining site navigation to enhance the shopping experience.
- Marketing & SEO: Recommend and implement SEO and content improvements to drive organic traffic. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement marketing assets and landing pages.
- Collaboration & Analytics: Partner with marketing, design, and development teams to execute site enhancements. Analyze customer behavior and sales data to drive strategic improvements.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices.
- Customer Feedback: Audit and curate product reviews
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a Shopify Store and its Ecosystem.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Apps, Themes, and Customization options.
- Familiarity with Inventory Management, Product Feeds, and Marketplace Integrations.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Heatmaps, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
