Our client is an Australian retailer specialising in outdoor accessories, offering a thoughtfully selected product range showcasing their strong passion for outdoor adventures.
They are now looking to hire an e-Commerce Specialist to manage product listings, marketplace integrations, and digital storefronts.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and data updates across multiple online marketplaces, including Bunnings Marketplace.
Monitor and manage Google Merchant accounts, adjusting advertising spend based on data analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and listing issues.
Handle image editing, resizing, and banner creation to enhance product presentation.
Implement shipping rules, pricing strategies, and inventory updates using Maropost.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimise product offerings.
Maintain and update the eCommerce website, ensuring accurate product information.
Oversee social media engagement on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Learn and apply new technical skills to enhance platform performance.
2+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably with platforms like Neto, Maropost, or BigCommerce.
Strong understanding of multi-channel data feeds, inventory management, and shipping configurations.
Experience managing marketplace platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Bunnings Marketplace.
Proven ability to monitor and optimise Google Merchant account performance and adjust ad spending based on data insights.
Proficiency in product content and inventory management.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development for website updates.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
A creative, team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Experience in the automotive, 4WD, caravan, or camping industry is an advantage.
