Electrical Engineer – Lighting & Electrical Systems
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role will focus on designing and supporting lighting control systems while also contributing to projects involving Switchgear and other electrical control systems. The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturers, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop lighting control systems and assist with projects involving Switchgear and electrical control systems.
Serve as a technical liaison between manufacturers and clients (architects, engineers, contractors, etc.).
Provide engineering support during project design, development, and implementation phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Utilize design tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
Stay current with emerging technologies in lighting, electrical systems, and switchgear to support company growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on lighting control systems.
Experience with Switchgear design or integration strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across manufacturers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
PE license not required.
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week.

$110,000 - $140,000 a year
