We’re looking for a curious individual to join our team as an Email Deliverability Specialist at Revit.
No prior experience in this exact role? That’s okay! If you’re interested in how email systems work, have strong analytical thinking, and are ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll help us maintain and improve the way our emails reach customers by investigating and solving deliverability issues, with full support and guidance from our experienced team. As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will:
- Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues;
- Ensure uninterrupted email distribution on projects;
- Communicate with our colleagues to address their problems/issues/questions;
- Analyze deliverability cases to provide our business with the best solutions;
- Assist with mailbox warm-ups, DNS settings optimization, and bounce logs;
- Monitor our own mailboxes, to make sure that they are “healthy”.
You will definitely be successful in this role if you:
- Have experience working on an email provider support position or a similar role (will be a plus);
- Understand and can resolve various email deliverability issues;
- Are familiar with different anti-spam technologies;
- Possess strong written and spoken English skills (at least a strong Intermediate level);
- Excel under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Take initiative as a responsible problem solver;
- Build rapport easily and collaborate well with diverse team members;
- Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
- Perform your best in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
