Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing team of 3-8 engineers
- Collaborate with Product Management to set long-term direction for the initiatives your team is responsible for
- Develop and implement best practices for a remote-first engineering team to deliver high-quality output
- Be involved hands-on in the development process of your team, including coding and code reviews
- Coach and mentor individual contributors as well as new team leads and managers
- Own product features end-to-end, guide product decision-making and testing
- Help build our team by recruiting, interviewing, and investing time in building a culture of care and excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in JS / React is preferred but not required
- Experience managing a remote team is preferred but not required
