About Our Business in Japan:

In April 2022, we established our Japanese subsidiary, led by Country Manager Kenichiro Ina. Since then, we have experienced rapid growth and have become a trusted partner for enterprise companies across various industries.

Currently, our team consists of approximately 18 members, playing key roles such as Account Executives (AE), Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Pre-sales, Customer Success Managers (CSM), Marketing, and Partner Sales.

Together, we are dedicated to enhancing business efficiency, driving innovation, and supporting digital transformation.

We take pride in serving over 60 enterprise customers in Japan, including industry-leading companies such as Sony, Sumitomo Mitsui Card, Casio, Belluna, and SoftBank. These companies leverage our solutions to achieve significant business outcomes and maintain competitiveness in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint within large Japanese enterprises (1,000+ employees). This position requires a strategic, consultative approach to sales, working closely with C-level executives and key decision-makers across IT and business units to help drive large-scale digital transformation.

Your responsibilities?

  • Strategize and execute plans to acquire and expand relationships with large enterprise customers in Japan.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders), fostering strong partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Navigate long, complex sales cycles and manage the intricacies of enterprise procurement processes.
  • Use account-based selling strategies to develop personalized solutions, increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure alignment with the broader team by collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Use Salesforce to track and manage pipeline health, providing clear visibility into sales progress and forecasts.

About you?

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success in managing large-scale deals and long sales cycles.
  • Extensive experience working with C-level executives, influencing key decision-makers in the IT and business sectors.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Account-based selling experience and a proven track record of developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and strong knowledge of Japanese business customs and protocols.
