Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support both personal and professional needs in Miami. This dynamic role requires someone with a “chief of staff” mindset—resourceful, and solutions-oriented. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively over text, and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and daily schedules with precision

  • Oversee and assist with household operations and day-to-day activities

  • Hire and manage a reliable support team for the client (including household staff)

  • Support and manage the logistics of an upcoming move

  • Communicate clearly and professionally—often via text

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a high-demand setting

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and trustworthiness

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing tasks independently
