- You consistently secure world-class speakers, particularly for high-visibility stages.
- You demonstrate initiative, creativity, and reliability in solving problems and driving improvements.
- You take ownership of your track and event duties, requiring minimal oversight.
- You provide strong informal leadership to more junior producers and are trusted internally for your judgment and follow-through.
- Your internal tools and systems are always accurate and up to date.
- You regularly contribute fresh editorial ideas that raise the bar across Web Summit’s programming.
Skills and abilities we’re looking for
- 4+ in global regulation, governance, policy, innovation, and trade.
