Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for Italian advanced speakers to start working for one of the most famous Fashion Brands in Spain
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
- Manage customers’ orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
- Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

Candidate Profile
- Confident and enthusiastic.
- The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Italian level C2 and intermediate/advanced level of English or Spanish
- First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Numerate and articulate
- Well organised, reliable and thorough
What we offer
- 38.5 hous/week, from Monday to Friday; from 10.00 to 18.00
- Remote from Spain
- Salary: 17.864€ gross/year
- Temporary contract
