Founded in 1974, we provide service of process and legal document delivery across all 50 states and 88 countries. We serve over 50,000 professionals, including law firms, businesses, government agencies, and individuals, handling over 12 million serves annually. Since 2003, we have been the official process server for the U.S. Department of Justice.

We use a cloud-based platform and a mobile app for our process servers. This app includes GPS and photo evidence for service attempts, which improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and offers transparency. Our services include service of process, electronic filing, investigations, managing compliance risk, skip tracing, and e-filing. Our subsidiary, Docketly, helps law firms connect with appearance counsel.

We have a network of over 10,000 process servers and our headquarters are in Seattle, WA, with 10 additional offices nationwide. We offer flat-rate pricing by state and provide online document upload, case management integrations, real-time updates, and downloadable court-ready proof of service.
