What we’re looking for
We are looking for individuals who have a successful track record of bringing new and innovative solutions to any task they take on. Integration Change Specialists - Franchise Conversion are advocates for Vacasa during franchise conversions. They embody our culture and have a mission to help Employees become part of the Casago team. You’ll work on multiple projects at once and be exposed to all aspects of Vacasa’s business.
You’ll need to be up for a challenge to help support the Corporate Development team, be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and be both efficient and accurate while also being able to represent the company both verbally and written. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow with us if successful in this role!
This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Integration Project Managers and operations leaders to execute the tasks necessary to successfully transition employees joining a Casago Franchise.
- Track the status of assigned project tasks throughout the lifecycle of an integration.
- Work alongside the team on building and improving Vacasa’s integration strategy.
- Ensure operational readiness of integrated markets through tech procurement, systems access, and supply ordering.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Skills you’ll need
- Establish a strong understanding of our cross-functional teams, especially Business Development, Operations, and Customer Experience.
- Proven track record of acting on deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships and represent the company in the most positive manner.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and act with integrity and discretion.
- Experience working within a project-based environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Travel required for 25-50% of the time
Compensation:
- $49907 - $67441 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate’s skill, experience, education and/or location.
