For guests, we offer a selection of vacation rentals, from beach cottages and ski chalets to luxury apartments, across many destinations. Guests can book directly through us or via partnerships with platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, American Express Select Homes + Retreats, and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. We prioritize professional cleaning, 24⁄7 guest service, and a worry-free cancellation policy allowing full refunds within 24 hours of booking for homes we manage. To give you confidence when booking, we offer flexible payments through Affirm for eligible U.S. stays and trip insurance options. Our app provides guests with trip details, directions, home guides, and 24⁄7 support. Many of our properties offer amenities like hot tubs, ski-in/ski-out access, oceanfront views, fireplaces, mountain views, and dog-friendly options.
