Summary
The Reports Manager Specialist is responsible for creating scorecards, managing data, generating reports, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the manager in a car parts e-commerce company. The position requires 5+ years of experience in fulfillment analytics, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and experience with report management tools. The role offers flexible hours, remote work, training & development, performance bonus, and is initially a contract role with a possibility of full-time employment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Fulfillment SPP Scorecards to track key performance indicators
- Update MCR receiving statuses for all inbound shipments and audit MCRs prior to release
- Create and manage various reports as needed to support the Fulfillment Department
- Generate weekly and monthly Fulfillment Actuals files
- Create Zendesk tickets for SKU inspection
