Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer, with strength in React and c#, .net to join the Officevibe software development team working on our “Employee engagement” feature. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be helping to bring Officevibe’s technological vision to life, and to make the product strategy a reality within your immediate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining solutions, break them down into increments to deliver value to users quickly, and validate strategic assumptions.
  • Reviewing the development process, identify improvements to increase efficiency in the use of DevOps and manage technical debt.
  • Sharing your learnings with other developers on certain technical topics.
  • Maintaining technical excellence and quality in what is delivered by the team.
  • Developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
  • Ensuring a balance between high experimentation velocity and consolidation of technical debt over the medium term.
  • Participate and contribute in the evolution of our team rituals and processes.

A typical week?

  • Code development, co-development and peer review: 70%.
  • Team and company rituals, learning and development: 30%.

What does your future team look like?

Made up of a manager and developers, the team focuses on ideation, technical exploration, architecture implementation and new feature development. The team works closely with a Product Manager and a Product Designer. This team is distinguished by its in-depth knowledge of the product and its constraints, of our portfolio of “Enterprise” clients and their specific needs, and an excellent sense of experimentation, which enables it to have a tangible impact on Officevibe.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

  • Implementation of advanced reporting  capabilities.
  • Review of our infrastructure to onboard larger volumes of clients.
  • Implementation of new AI features to complement our current reporting solution.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years experience in web or SaaS application development;
  • Solid experience with React and c#, .Net;
  • Experience working in an environment that uses system design concepts;
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices;
  • Experience of teamwork and agile methodology (SCRUM)
