With continued expansion in the German market, we are looking for a motivated German Sales / Upselling Specialist to join our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on engaging with existing customers, identifying opportunities to strengthen their digital presence, and upselling additional services to maximize their online success. This position offers extensive training and development, ensuring you have the tools to succeed and grow within our company.

The Role

  • Be part of a dynamic, young, and international team of professionals.

  • Proactively connect with existing customers via outbound calls and email.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and expand customers’ digital marketing strategies.

  • Upsell additional services, such as SEO, digital advertising, and website enhancements, to strengthen clients’ online presence.

  • Guide business owners through tailored digital solutions that align with their goals.

  • Explain the value and benefits of our products through consultative selling.

  • Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.

  • Manage your pipeline efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent German speaker – you will communicate directly with our German clients.

  • Good command of English – for internal communication and collaboration.

  • Experience in sales, account management, or upselling over the phone (B2B or B2C tele-sales).

  • A passion for helping businesses grow through digital solutions.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and provide consultative sales advice.

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and address their needs.

  • Prior experience in a call center, sales, or upselling role is a plus but not a must.

  • Strong work ethic, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and develop.
