With the growth in the German market, we are looking for a Client Manager to be a part of our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full-time basis. As a direct point of contact, you will understand the client’s needs and help them grow their business through Spotzer’s digital marketing solutions. You’ll get to work with our talented team of digital marketing experts and develop your skills while helping SMBs grow.

What you will do

  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner through various communication channels, such as phone and email, and guide them through their digital transformation

  • Understand the client’s business needs and translate this into requirements for their website and digital marketing

  • Efficiently oversee and address client inquiries and requests received through incoming and outgoing calls

  • Assist customers in understanding our products and services, providing guidance and recommendations as needed

  • Upsell digital marketing services and earn commission

  • Manage customer and order information in our CRM

  • Collaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve our service

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products

Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Fluency in German is essential - our clients are business owners in Germany

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Experience in customer service, support, or relevant role is desirable but not a must

  • Experience in sales is a plus but not essential

  • Keen interest in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintain sharp attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and team spirit

  • Living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to Amsterdam
