Position summary:

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Global Digital Marketing & Advertising Intern to join Sojern’s marketing team this summer. If you’re the type who’s always looking to learn, take on challenges, and make your mark, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work side by side with a collaborative, supportive team on real global campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven B2B environment.

This is a paid, part-time role (20 hours/week) running 1 June–31 August (flexible) with the best of both worlds — hybrid work that combines meaningful in-person connections in our London office with the flexibility of remote working.

You won’t just be an intern here; you’ll be a key contributor helping us deliver big results.

What you will do:

  • Assist with planning and monitoring global digital ad campaigns across paid social, display, search, and other platforms
  • Support campaign reporting by pulling data, identifying basic trends, and preparing performance summaries
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to support team strategies
  • Help update customer records and assist with lead-generation support tasks
  • Contribute to global campaign content by helping localise messaging and coordinating with internal teams
  • Assist with organising and maintaining creative assets, marketing materials, and resources
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the global marketing and advertising team

What you bring to the table:

  • Current university student or recent graduate in marketing, business, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like paid media, SEO, CRM, and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
  • Solid communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Bonus points for familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Account Engagement (Pardot), or Salesforce, and any prior hands-on marketing or advertising experience
