What Does This Role Entail?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join our Functional Delivery team within Client Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates seeking to develop their Fenergo SaaS knowledge to become valuable members of our Client Services Team delivering end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management solutions to our extensive portfolio of clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product.
  • Configure and refine SaaS product in line with the documented client requirements, delivering client demos as scheduled and obtaining client sign-off of configured features.
  • Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
  • Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing to address and respond to client functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Support defect triage throughout delivery process
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with the standard processes.
  • Build strong relationships within the project team, client teams and internal Product Management team.
  • Support the Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration to address client business requirements.
  • Maintain functional documentation throughout the lifecycle of the delivery to ensure success of QA Automation
  • Documentation of options related to key design decisions and raising awareness of client decision to Project Manager (PM)
  • Escalates to the PM if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts the functional timeline at risk.
  • Follow the change management process and raise to the PM and lead Consultant where client is requesting additional scope over and above what has been agreed.
  • Proactively own your personal development and knowledge acquisition plan, alongside your line manage

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Computing, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
