They offer a best-in-class 18-month engineering program for graduates, where participants will learn about the industry and processes through practical experience in plants and rotations in European plants.
Requirements
- You will be graduated in 2023 or you just have a Master Degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering
- You are passionate about manufacturing processes and activities
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- During the Graduate Program, you will be presented with challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program
- For 5 months, you will be also part of an international group working on rotation in some of the best O-I plants in Europe
Preferred Qualifications
Any other languages are a plus
