We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Virtual Assistant) to support our brand’s visual identity and marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll not only design visually compelling assets using Canva and Adobe Illustrator, but also work closely with our team to align these assets with the performance goals of our paid social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
This is a part-time, ad-hoc role with flexible hours based on business needs — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and has a strong grasp of both design and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging visual assets for various platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email headers, and promotional materials.
Design with performance in mind — ensuring all creative assets align with the objectives of paid campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Contribute to strategic market targeting by adapting designs to specific audience segments and campaign goals.
Analyze campaign results in collaboration with the team to refine visuals and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while injecting creativity and innovation into each design.
Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with team members, integrating feedback and contributing to brainstorming sessions.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing creative versatility and a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with additional tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma) is a bonus.
Solid understanding of social media ad campaigns, especially for LinkedIn and Facebook, and how design impacts performance (e.g., scroll-stopping visuals, CTA placement, A/B testing considerations).
Ability to interpret campaign goals and performance data to inform future design decisions.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Ability to adapt design style based on different audiences and marketing goals.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating within a remote team.
Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Willingness to work flexible, ad-hoc hours during EST time zone.
