💼 Work Details:
- Full-Time | 30 to 40 Hours/Week
- Remote / Work-from-Home
- U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift)
- Salary: $5 to $6/hour, commensurate with experience
- Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred
📌 What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Explain our services to new patients, ensuring they understand how our systems work and what to expect
- Assist healthcare professionals by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care
- Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing
- Handle confidential medical information in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle other general administrative tasks
✅ Qualifications:
- Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
- Strong knowledge of U.S. EMR/EHR systems
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setup
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
