About the Role - Growth Product Manager – Neo
As a Growth Product Manager at Neo, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage data, experimentation, and user insights to identify opportunities, optimize the user journey, and execute high-impact growth initiatives. This role blends product strategy, analytics, and marketing to accelerate Neo’s growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization).
- Develop data-driven growth strategies, using A/B testing, user research, and behavioral analytics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to benchmark growth strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with business objectives.
Product-Led Growth & Execution
- Optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and engagement loops to increase user activation and retention.
- Work on virality, referrals, and network effects to accelerate organic growth.
- Collaborate with product designers to create a delightful product experience, work closely with engineers to guide feature development.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine feature ideas.
- Define and track key success metrics, using insights to iterate and refine growth initiatives.
Data & Performance Optimization
- Define growth KPIs, instrument tracking, and analyze product data to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Use tools like Amplitude, internal data systems, or Google Analytics to track user behavior and optimize conversion funnels.
- Develop a test-and-learn culture, continuously running experiments to refine user experiences and maximize growth impact.
Skills and Attributes

- Analytical & data-driven – Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
