The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced growth-obsessed GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of code, creativity, and commercial impact.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for architecting and automating scalable go-to-market systems using Clay.com, Hubspot, Zapier, n8n, and the latest in AI and data enrichment tools. From sourcing and activating high-intent leads to building full-funnel automations, you’ll lay the technical foundation for how we scale revenue and drive growth.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Design and deploy scalable GTM workflows using tools like Clay.com, Zapier, n8n, and Hubspot to automate prospecting, lead enrichment, outreach, and follow-ups.

  • Integrate intent signals and data sources to drive dynamic lead scoring, segmentation, and personalized engagement.

  • Build and maintain a high-velocity growth stack, leveraging AI tools and APIs to continuously improve system performance, speed, and accuracy.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation and optimization, turning manual GTM processes into efficient, self-operating systems that drive measurable growth.

What you’ll need:

  • Deep expertise in Clay.com, including custom data models, API integrations, advanced enrichment strategies, and building multi-step outbound logic that scales.

  • Mastery of modern automation frameworks (Zapier, n8n, Make) and a strong command of APIs, webhooks, and scripting to stitch together complex GTM systems.

  • A growth-engineering mindset, with a proven ability to architect high-leverage, end-to-end workflows that drive measurable revenue impact.

  • Fluency in advanced GTM concepts - from leveraging intent data and building real-time lead scoring engines to deploying AI-driven personalization at scale.
