About the Role

We’re building a faster, smarter, more accountable go-to-market engine—and we need a builder to help us do it.

As our GTM Engineer, you’ll be embedded in our Revenue Marketing team, working across departments to bring high-impact, high-visibility GTM tools and experiments to life. From building interactive ROI calculators to stitching together AI-powered flows that automate outreach, you’ll work on a variety of special projects that move fast and drive real results.

This isn’t a traditional ops or dev role - it’s for someone who thrives on variety, embraces ambiguity, and loves to ship. You’ll be given problems, context, and trust, not micro-management. You’ll move quickly, break things (safely), and continuously improve. If you’re excited by the idea of gluing Salesforce to Drupal to GPT and making something magical in a week, you’re in the right place.

What You’ll Do

•Build & Automate GTM Flows

Create small but mighty tools that power go-to-market programs: ROI calculators, play success dashboards, lead flow agents, campaign scoring models, onboarding flows, partner tools, and more.

•Work With AI as a Force Multiplier

Leverage LLMs, agents, and AI workflows (e.g. OpenAI, Zapier, Clay, LangChain, Retool) to speed up execution and explore scalable personalization at every GTM touchpoint.

•Glue Systems Together

Build scrappy, scalable solutions that connect our marketing and sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, Kaia, and more.

•Prototype Fast, Learn Fast

Work in short sprints, share early, and continuously improve. Expect to launch MVPs quickly, then iterate based on results—not polish in isolation.

•Support High-Impact Special Projects

Work directly with GTM and Revenue Marketing leadership to support time-sensitive initiatives. Think: new product launches, pricing pilots, partner portal experiments, or campaign analytics.

•Work Asynchronously (and Autonomously)

This is a distributed team. You’ll have autonomy to shape your schedule and work style, as long as you communicate clearly and deliver consistently.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

•Have solved GTM challenges using a ‘hacker’ mentality at large technology companies

•Know enough code (Python, JS, HTML/CSS) to ship quickly—but aren’t afraid to use no-code/low-code tools when faster

•Are fascinated by AI and already tinkering with OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Clay, or similar tools

•Have an instinct for user experience, conversion, and storytelling, not just data

•Think in terms of MVPs and experiments, not presentations and perfection

•Are comfortable in ambiguity and like wearing multiple hats

•Can figure out how to integrate two APIs without needing handholding

•Love solving GTM problems that blend business, tech, and design

•Thrive in async environments with lots of trust and little red tape
