Summary
Focus Staff is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for their clients. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize various sourcing methods, conduct interviews, negotiate compensation packages, and maintain accurate records. A Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Coordinate interviews with Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
- Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote Focus Staff and build relationships with potential candidates
